Aleksandar’s family restaurant has found its second life with one idea: to take our map of favourite places beyond central Sofia. At Ligero, Dabov speciality coffee meets tobaccos from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua in carefully considered pairings. Add classic cocktails, a serious rum selection, homemade bakes and lemonade whose lemon peel spends a full eight hours infusing the sugar. A small detail that says quite a lot. And when there’s something to celebrate, you can have Ligero all to yourself.
