A new brewery with character

At 7 Industrialna Street, Stochna Kitchen Brewery offers exactly that. Beer is brewed on site, with a kitchen built around it. At STOCHNA Brewery, you can watch lager, weiss, NEIPA, IPA and amber ale being made. At STOCHNA Kitchen Brewery, the dishes are chosen to bring out the best in each beer. Industrial character, long bars, a lively atmosphere and a generous courtyard make it easy to settle in. It’s a city address for people who like sharing good food, fresh beer and long evenings with friends. Start with a tasting board of four beers and four bites, paired to work together, then explore the rest of the kitchen and bar menu. The hospitality project comes from Yannis Zois and his team, behind some of Sofia’s most interesting spaces in recent years. Drop in.
