Sofia’s new Asian restaurant opens a door to the region’s many flavours
and the pleasure of exploring them. Directly opposite the Russian Church in the city centre, Fuji Sushi & Grilled invites you to ease out of Sofia’s daily rush. Its name comes from Japan’s highest mountain, but the menu travels much further. Alongside generous sushi selections, you’ll find salads and starters, udon, dumplings, steamed buns, Chinese dishes and sake. Drop in and see where dinner takes you.
