New in Sofia: StudiO 63
A new address for a well-fed evening.
Original paintings and an elegant interior give StudiO 63 something of a gallery feel, with an atmosphere that encourages you to settle in.
The kitchen works with premium meat from farms in the US, Japan, Australia and Uruguay. Beef is displayed in a dedicated cabinet, so you can choose your cut and the amount you’d like. Bulgarian game also makes appearances on the menu, alongside wild-caught Mediterranean seafood, which the team describe bringing in themselves every Thursday. For something more familiar, there’s excellent fresh pasta, risotto and a wine list of around 70 labels, including selections from France, Italy and Bulgaria.
