But mascaras vary enormously, which brings us to Lash Idôle Flutter Extension Mascara from Lancôme. Here is what the brand has put into its lengthening formula, whether your day involves the office or seeing friends.
Lancôme’s mascaras have long been favourites with celebrity make-up artists and beauty fans. Lash Idôle Flutter Extension Mascara continues that tradition with a visibly lengthening finish. The brand’s headline claim is
an extra 5.5mm of visible lash length.
An ultra-fine brush works with a wax-complex formula to create long, defined lashes. It separates from root to tip, with a shape designed for easy application, lift and length without clumping. Lancôme says the intense colour lasts for up to 24 hours without smudging or clumping, and describes the mascara as suitable for contact-lens wearers and sensitive eyes.
Another name joins Lancôme
Olivia Rodrigo is the campaign’s new star. This was announced as her first major campaign for Lancôme, alongside Emma Chamberlain. One of her generation’s most influential pop voices, Rodrigo brings her fearless personality to the mascara film, encouraging a little experimentation beyond the everyday routine.
A new take on long, natural-looking lashes
Lash Idôle Flutter Extension makes its case for a place in your make-up bag with length, definition and a light, fluttery look. The original article also announced Lancôme’s participation in BLOOM SOIRÉE at Sofia’s University Botanical Garden on 26 April 2025. The brand planned to present its make-up range and Idôle fragrance, a take on modern femininity chosen for the arrival of spring. That event is now past; this is a historical launch note, not a current invitation.
